SITH® was developed by Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a Hawaiian Kahuna Lapa’au. She was recognized in Hawaii as a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983.

- New students will be given their digital or printed Manuals, which is included in the cost of the Class.
- New students will receive their printed manuals in In Person Classes, and in Online Classes they will receive digital manuals only (they are not printed).
- Students in review will bring their manuals each time they return to take a class.
